The Following Terms and Conditions are highly encouraged to be read and understood first before booking with
Rise Up Expedition Belize.
The clients who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all people in the group and is responsible for all payments due.
Customers are responsible for notifying us of any health problems or other difficulties.
Rise Up Expedition Belize is not responsible for any loss, damage, injuries sustained if clients fail to follow the safety rules indicated by our guide.

Terms of Payment
All online bookings must be paid in total to secure your reservation date. 
*Please refer to our cancellation policy.*

Cancellation
The tour will not be cancelled and no refunds will be made in case of rain or clouds.
*Note that we dont refund any deposit whatever the reason.

The tour will be move to a next day if possible or a 100% refund will be made if we have to cancel the tour due to extreme weather conditions.
(e.g. high winds that prevent the boat from going out.)

Please note that your tour may be operated by one of our carefully selected partners, in accordance with our quality and service standards.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less – No Refund
Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours – 50% cancellation fee will be charged (Deposit)
Cancellations made more than 48 hours – Full Refund
